Function description: Making of documentaries, short films, TV programs, video clips, etc.

Profile: Interesting opportunity for interns in film editing who like international travel. Our small international NGO is seeking an intern with a background in documentary, video and/or film with experience in editing and possibly also some camera techniques. The subject matters are human rights, culture, spiritual films, well being, nature, travel, inter-religious dialogue, EU matters etc. You must have a driver’s license and be excellent in computer skills and be willing to be living and working in Bulgaria. You will have regular trips for film festivals all over EU. Flexibility is important because except editing you'll also do other things in our NGO like writing letters, fund raising, PR, etc. ... We are an English speaking environment, so this language is very important.
Offer: In Bulgaria you will have your room in a very beautiful complex with a fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and beautiful view of the mountains. You have two weeks of a try out whereby your costs of accommodation and food are fully paid and if the try out goes well, you’ll get a contract after the two weeks trial and a paid internship. You get half your travel expenses paid if the try out goes well. You start with €250,- per month and free room plus food. When you progress, after 6 to 8 weeks, the amount goes up from €300 to €350. As it is an international team, you will be working with a cloud system in different countries. Preference is if you can work Windows based on Adobe.
